How you can contribute

Start an avocado orchard, send a child to school or invest in a single dairy cow and discover how far your investment dollars can go to assist families (People living with HIV/AIDS) and Orphans and  vulnerable children in Kilimanjaro, Tabora and Kigoma Regions of Tanzania. Your support creates self-sustaining, empowered communities and it is a gift that will keep giving back long after YAAPHA has moved to empower another area.

DAIRY COW

Dairy Cow Cooperatives Transform Lives. Participants in YAAPHA’s dairy cow cooperatives will help create an active economy for their village, provide stable housing with beds and blankets, food to feed their families, entrepreneurial skills for sustaining results, horticulture training, and empower village adults to take care of the most vulnerable children

ORCHARDS

Avocado Cooperatives Sustain Villages. At just 50 cents per sapling, this is an investment that will last for many generations to come because avocado trees can produce fruit up to 80 years! Participants in the avocado cooperatives will receive agriculture training in growing and harvesting avocados, and they earn valuable income to support their families and village.

SCHOOL

A gift to YAAPHA means that children get the education that will help lift them, their families and their future children out of poverty.

WITH YOUR SUPPORT, WE CAN TRANSFORM VILLAGES MIRED IN POVERTY INTO THRIVING COMMUNITIES THAT SUSTAIN THEMSELVES.

Remember: for every $50 you give, one child can go to school for a year. Consider contributing the funds to send two, five or even ten children on their way to a brighter  future.

Substance Abuse programs: Substance Abuse programs are held at our office  and we want to employ a substance abuse counselor  to help individuals and families between the schools and farms, therefore we need help from donor partners to make this possible.

Families support group: We offer social and moral support to single parent and granny headed families through workshops on creative parenting, support group, group counseling. Our challenges are transport and funding for operations.  Become a donor partner through sponsoring any amount monthly towards our operations.

Library: We offer a rural library at Pasua Primary for children and families to take out books to read stories or educate themselves. Our challenge is to get donated reading material, 2 computers, a printer and Wi-Fi installation.

How can you help?
